Important information:
- With your ticket, you can skip the queue at the ticket desk and go straight to the attraction.
- Your booked time slot is reserved for you and cannot be changed on the day of your visit.
- Your time on the slopes starts at the booked time. If you arrive late or leave the slopes during your session, your booked time will continue to run.
- If you exceed your booked time, you will be charged €19 (€15 for children aged 4–12) for each additional hour or part thereof. This does not apply to children's birthday parties.
- Your booking can be rescheduled once, up to 24 hours before your visit.
- Every Sunday from 5 pm, our small slope is reserved exclusively for sledding!
- Please note that professional ski clubs are currently training at our venue, and part of the slope is sectioned off for a training course. The majority of the slope remains open and available for you to enjoy.
- Our small slope will be closed on 21 & 22 September 2026 due to maintenance work. The main slope will remain open as usual.
